Meeting 12.2.25

The wellbeing ambassador's team met for the first time for an introduction into their roles.  They were taught how to support pupil's if they are feeling upset or worried and when this needs to be shared with a member of staff.  We also role played some scenerios and discussed how to respond to it.

Meeting 20.3.25

At our recent wellbeing ambassadors meeting the pupil's had some great ideas to continue to support wellbeing in school.  We have now decided to implement the following:

KS1 wellbeing ambassadors

A wellbeing station on the playground where pupil's can talk to an ambassador.

Fidget toys avaiable at the wellbeing station.

Wellbeing ambassadors to give stickers to pupils who they see being kind and caring to others.

Wellbeing Wednesday

Each Wednesday lunchtime, Mrs Vernon (SENCo) opens her door for a 'drop-in' session for any children who need someone to talk to.
